Recognising the role of an educator in the present global rostrum, the academic faculty of brilliant with their subject expertise adopts effective pedagogical practices to facilitate the learning experience of the student, making them holistic with strong roots of ethos and values.

We at Brilliant have kept our doors open for parents to keep in touch with the teachers to check and monitor the performance of their wards. Regular periodic meetings are arranged between teachers and parents and a common path is sought for the sole and ultimate benefit of the child. The meetings tend to be interactive and are highly effective in the management of the main goal of effectively educating the child.

A graduate and postgraduate University Gold Medalist, Dr. Shruti Gupta has a passion for creative writing. She is an avid technocrat and a connoisseur of art. To her credit she has been awarded the prestigious Bhamashah award from Maharana of Mewar for her outstanding leadership qualities and honoured by the then Former Chief Minister of New Delhi, Smt. Shiela Dixit, for her distinguished services in the field of education. She has represented the school at various national and international forums including IIT Delhi, IIM Bengluru, Monash University, Australia, U.K., etc.

She is a Science Graduate and a Post Graduate in English Professionally equipped with degree of B.Ed. with a sprawling experience of a decade as a teacher and now as an administrator for 21 years, a self-motivated and astute person with a willingness to go extra miles to maintain the decorum and regimes.

Post Graduation in Environmental Science as well as in IT. Professional Qualification B. Ed., PGDCA, E-commerce. Experience of Corporate Trainings in SECL, Experience of 12 years as PGT , Two and a half years experience as Academic Coordinator.

Committed to child-centric, inclusive, and life skills education, she values core principles such as thoughtful action, discipline, and dedication. She firmly believes in the idea that anything one can envision can be achieved, focusing on resource optimization and consistency, driven by a deep passion for learning and teaching.
